What kinds of toys do you offer?
Our collection includes Vehicles & Little Worlds, Pretend & Everyday Play, and Puzzles & Creative Discovery. You will find wooden vehicles, miniature settings, pretend food, household role-play toys, lacing cards, memory tiles and mosaic activities.
How do I choose the right toy for my child?
Check the individual listing, packaging and instructions for age guidance, dimensions, included parts and warnings. Suitability differs between products. If age guidance is unclear, contact us before purchasing.
Are the pretend food items edible?
No. The wooden vegetables and pastries are toys for pretend play. They must not be eaten, placed in the mouth or used to prepare real food.
Does the wooden ironing set heat up?
The Little Laundry Wooden Ironing Set is a pretend-play toy, not a working household iron. Do not heat it or connect it to an electrical supply. Follow the product instructions.
Can the wooden ferry be used in water?
Do not assume that a boat-shaped wooden toy is designed for water play. Use it in water only if the product instructions expressly permit it. Otherwise, keep wooden components dry.
What precautions apply to small parts and laces?
Follow the warnings for the specific item. Small parts can present a choking hazard. Keep them away from children under three and anyone who may mouth the pieces. Laces must not be wrapped around the neck or attached to a crib, bed or other fixture.
How should I clean the toys?

Are all accessories in the photographs included?
The product description identifies the included components. Furniture, plants, baskets and other photography props are excluded unless expressly listed.

When will my order arrive?

Stop using any affected item and contact us promptly with your order number and a description. Photographs can help us review the issue. Keep the packaging while your request is being investigated.
How do I request a return?
