Payment & Security
Available payment methods
Use the payment methods displayed at checkout. Availability may vary according to your location, currency, device and payment provider. A method is supported only when it is offered during your checkout session.
Prices and checkout totals
Review the currency and complete order total before submitting payment. Shipping charges, taxes and other amounts collected by the store will be shown before you place the order.
Your bank or payment provider may apply separate currency conversion or transaction fees. Contact that provider for details.
Payment authorization
A payment provider may request additional verification or place a temporary authorization on your account. A pending authorization does not by itself confirm order acceptance or dispatch.
If a payment fails or an order confirmation does not arrive, check your email folders and contact us before placing repeated orders.
Checkout and account security
Our store uses Shopify infrastructure. Payments are processed through the payment services offered at checkout, subject to the relevant providers' terms and security practices. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Use a trusted device, check the website address and keep passwords and verification codes private.
Information we will not request by email
Do not send your full card number, card security code, account password or one-time authentication code. For payment support, provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Order verification
We may request reasonable information to verify an order or investigate suspected unauthorized activity. If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, we will notify you and arrange any refund due for amounts collected.
Refunds and unfamiliar charges
Approved refunds are normally issued through the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider.
If you do not recognize a charge, contact us so we can help identify it. This does not restrict your right to contact your bank or payment provider.
