Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to purchases from uhfwan.com, operated by Guangzhou Liuni Trading Co., Ltd. Read them together with the product information and policies provided before purchase.
1. Purchasing eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract or have the necessary authorization. Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.
2. Product information
Review the listing for materials, dimensions, age guidance, included pieces and care instructions. Photography props are excluded unless expressly listed. Colors may appear differently on different screens.
Natural variation in wooden materials does not excuse a product that is defective, unsafe or materially inconsistent with its description.
3. Toy safety and intended use
Follow all age guidance, warnings and instructions. Provide adult supervision as appropriate. Keep small parts away from children under three and anyone who may mouth the pieces.
Pretend food is not edible. The wooden ironing set is not a working appliance. Keep laces away from the neck and do not attach them to beds or cribs. Do not use wooden toys in water unless the instructions expressly permit it.
Inspect parts regularly and stop using damaged items. Product descriptions do not guarantee a particular educational or developmental result.
4. Orders and availability
Submitting an order requests the purchase of the selected goods. An automated receipt acknowledges submission and does not necessarily confirm dispatch or availability.
If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be accepted, we will notify you and refund amounts collected for unfulfilled items. Material substitutions or price increases require your consent.
5. Pricing and payment
Review the checkout currency, delivery charges, taxes collected by the store and total before payment. Promotional terms apply as stated in the relevant offer. Your payment provider may apply separate fees.
If a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the correction and available options.
6. Delivery
Delivery availability and estimates are provided through the store or checkout. Refer to the Shipping Policy for address changes, tracking and delivery issues. Contact us if an agreed delivery deadline is missed.
7. Returns and refunds
The Return & Refund Policy and any return offer disclosed at purchase apply alongside mandatory consumer rights. Contact us promptly for cancellation requests, damaged goods or missing components.
8. Responsibility and legal protections
We remain responsible for obligations imposed on the seller by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable protections relating to defective goods, fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
Customers should use reasonable care and follow product instructions. This does not waive rights relating to defects or inadequate safety information.
9. Events affecting performance
If an event outside our reasonable control affects fulfillment, we will communicate the issue and available options. Such events do not remove remedies required by applicable law.
10. Updates and complaints
Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove commitments relating to existing orders. Contact us with any complaint. Mandatory protections and access to courts or dispute procedures available under applicable law remain unaffected.
