This policy explains delivery arrangements for purchases from uhfwan.com.
Delivery availability
Available destinations and shipping services appear at checkout. If no service is offered for your address, contact us before ordering. Availability for remote areas, post office boxes and military addresses depends on the service offered.
Shipping charges
Applicable shipping charges are shown before payment. Review the complete order total before placing your order. Free shipping applies only when expressly offered for your purchase.
Processing and estimated delivery
Review the processing and delivery information displayed before purchase and in your order confirmation. Order preparation and carrier transit are separate stages. If no estimate is displayed, contact us before ordering for destination-specific information.
Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Holidays, carrier disruption, customs checks and other circumstances may affect delivery. Your remedies for a missed agreed delivery deadline remain unaffected.
Address accuracy and changes
Provide a complete address, including any apartment number, postal code and necessary contact details. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment has started.
Tracking and separate parcels
Tracking information is provided when available. A newly created label may not show movement immediately. If an order is sent in separate parcels, different tracking references may apply.
Delayed or missing deliveries
Contact us if tracking appears inactive for an extended period, a delivery attempt fails or your parcel is significantly delayed. Include your order number and tracking details.
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot find the parcel, check the delivery area, household members and building reception, then contact us. A delivery scan alone does not prevent us from reviewing your claim.
Damaged or incomplete orders
Inspect the toys and included components after arrival. Report damage, an incorrect item or missing parts promptly. Photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label can help us investigate.
Stop using any toy that appears unsafe. Where an issue is attributable to us, we will arrange an appropriate remedy without passing on costs caused by our error, subject to applicable consumer rights.
International charges
Where international shipping is offered, customs duties or import charges may apply. Unless expressly included at checkout, destination charges may be payable to the relevant authority or carrier. Contact us before purchase if you need clarification.
Returned parcels
If a parcel is returned because of an address issue or refused delivery, contact us to discuss the available options. Any proposed additional shipping charge will be explained before a replacement shipment is arranged. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
